1 We can mix the spandex with different lot number, different brands or production dates so as not to cause the unbalanced elasticity and dyeing vittae o f knitting cloth.
2 Spandex is very sensitive to temperature and humidity. Before using, we should keep the optimum temperature at 25`C±5`C，
relative humidity below 60%±5%,and unpack them at least for
24 hours, but 48 hours in winter.
3 Duration of validity 22~77tex (20D~70D) for 12 months
11.6~23.3tex (105D~210D) for 18 months
31.1~124.4tex (280D~1120D) for 24 months
4 In the process of using spandex, the badly knitting needle should be changed to avoid breakage.
5 In the process of knitting, the size of the spandex balls should not be different too much in case of the different strenghth.
6 In the process of knitting ,workers should take care the
thickness of the spandex balls so as to change timely.
7 Firm the figure in advance before dyeing. During dyeing,
It is forbidden to use hypochlorous acid bleacher for its poor
stability . Meanwhile ,control the standard temperature and time in certain extension.
